Compact video tripod system with 190X aluminium legs

Manfrotto MVK500 190XV combines the MVH500AH fluid video head with the dedicated 190X Video aluminium tripod. The system is designed for interviews, documentary work, events, corporate productions and lightweight cinema setups where smooth camera movement and relatively low transport weight are important. Manfrotto specifies a safety payload of up to 8 kg, making it suitable for mirrorless cameras, DSLRs and compact cinema rigs with standard accessories.

The complete system weighs approximately 3.2 kg and offers a working height from about 50.3 cm to 173.3 cm. With the centre column lowered, maximum height is approximately 149.3 cm.

MVH500AH fluid head with fixed counterbalance

The MVH500AH uses professional fluid cartridges on both pan and tilt axes to provide smooth, controlled movement. Pan rotation is 360°, while the tilt range extends from approximately -70° to +90°. The head uses a fixed 2.4 kg counterbalance designed around a 55 mm centre of gravity.

A side-lock quick-release system allows the camera and 500PLONG plate to drop into the head from above instead of sliding in from the rear. This speeds up camera mounting and removal during fast-paced shoots.

190X Video tripod with levelling column

The three-section aluminium legs use Quick Power Lock levers for fast height adjustment. Four selectable leg angles help the tripod adapt to uneven ground, interiors and low-angle positions. The integrated levelling column makes it possible to level the video head without repeatedly changing the length of individual legs.

The tripod also includes an Easy Link connector for compatible accessories such as monitor arms or small production accessories.
